Santhiya, meaning “natural beauty” in Thai is inspired by travels to outdoor wonders of nature where sand, sea & natural elements inspire & captive the senses. The aura & warmth of Santhiya will shine through each design in this collection.
Edgy & rugged wildflowers, like the Australian saffron thistle & the African protea project such wonderful shapes to design into contemporary textiles. Both are interpreted into classic Oriental styles of Northern Africa or splashed abstractly in layers & textures to give a modern freestyle & artist touch. Silhouetted with a variety of wild berries to complement this botanical array. I interpreted the rough & harsh terrains of rocks & windswept brushes to create a multitude of textures & layered these over my designs to give an extra effect & translation.
Combining various painting & brush technique, which have a strong presence. I incorporated a modern style & blending of modern interior design trends with a glamorous twist of tribal elements to form a sophisticated look. Santhiya is universal, whether it’s to fit into a chic city hotel or a high society resort in the islands. These designs offer a range of diverse contemporary patterns & textures to meet all your design needs.
