Atlanta, Ga- Brintons, world leader in designing and manufacturing Axminster carpet, is pleased to announce their newest collaboration with designer and artist, Virginia Langley.

California based designer, Virginia Langley has a strong reputation for designing textiles for the hospitality industry. Langley has a background in advertising and design for high-end residential companies worldwide. In 1996, Langley formed Sky Designs Inc. and began designing for a range of textile companies including hospitality textile manufacturers. Langley is becoming well known for her strong style of fresh, modern designs.

“I am so excited to be designing for this very historic & iconic company, Brintons. It will truly be an honor to design for them & be part of such a prestigious team,” said Virginia. “Coming from a British family myself, I feel an extra sense of heritage & pride to be working with a UK based company again.”

Being an artist & combining this skill with design research & international travel brings together her ability to create new and fashion forward designs for a worldwide market.

She went on to say, “My sketch book, camera and passport are my key ingredients to designing” she says with a smile. “I have been traveling overseas every year now for over 15 years & I believe exploring our wondrous planet & it’s various cultures, along with the magnificence of the natural worlds too, gives me insight into creating successful designs.”

The first designed collection, entitled Camélia Rose, will be launched March 2014.
